More useful than a Zestimate-style number
A home's value isn't just price per square foot.
Location inside a neighborhood, lot, condition, improvements, layout, outbuildings, buyer demand and the competing inventory can all matter. That's why I prefer to look at the actual property and the most relevant comparables rather than hand you a generic automated number.
